Paruchizan Zenshi

Kyoto, Autumn 1969. The visit of the Japanese Prime Minister to the United States sparks violent clashes between the police and students. The film follows the activities of one of the revolt’s leader. A rare film that in Nagisa Oshima’s words, “has the effect of a bomb”.
