International Competition Jury : Claire Atherton (film editor), Jonathan Miller (filmmaker, distibutor Icarus Films), Stan Neumann (filmmaker).

French competition Jury : Cecilia Barrionuevo (programmer Mar del Plata international film festival ), Véronique Joo Aisenberg (African Film Library, Cinema department of the Institut français), Karel Och (artistic director Karlovy Vary international film festival).

Firsts films and short films Jury : Thomas Jenkoe (filmmaker), Pascale Cassagnau (audiovisual and new media content, Cnap) et Olivier Pierre (artistic director Journées cinématographiques dionysiennes, programmer FIDMarseille, IFF Rotterdam…)

The Young Jury : 5 students and Maïté Peltier (programmer Filmer le travail, Poitiers).

The Library Jury : Philippe Chenieux, Yannick Gauvin, Julien Segura (librarians) and Zoé Chantre (filmmaker).

The Prizes

 

THE CINÉMA DU RÉEL GRAND PRIX, funded by the Bibliothèque publique d’information (€ 5,000) and supported by the Procirep (€ 3, 000), is awarded by the International Competition Jury to one of the films in that section.

THE SCAM INTERNATIONAL AWARD, funded by La Scam (€ 5,000), is awarded by the International Competition Jury to one of the films in that section.

THE JORIS IVENS AWARD / Cnap, funded by Marceline Loridan-Ivens (€ 2,500), the Cnap (€ 4,000) and the organisation Les Amis du Cinéma du reel (€ 1,000), is awarded by the First and Short Films Jury to one of the films in the First Films International Competition.

THE SHORT FILM AWARD, funded by the Bibliothèque publique d’information (€ 2,500) and sponsored by Cinécim Vidéo (€ 1,000 of audio-visual services), is awarded by the First and Short Films Jury to one of the films in the Short Films International Competition.

THE INSTITUT FRANÇAIS – LOUIS MARCORELLES AWARD, funded by the Institut français (€ 7,000), is awarded by the French Competition Jury to one of the films in that section.

THE YOUNG JURY AWARD – CINÉMA DU RÉEL, funded by the organisation Les Amis du Cinéma du réel (€ 2,500), supported by Paris City Council, is awarded by the Young Jury.

THE LIBRARY AWARD, funded by the Direction générale des médias et des industries culturelles, Ministry of Culture and Communication (€ 2,500), is awarded by the Library Jury. The awarded film is automatically purchased by the Bibliothèque publique d’information to integrate its National Catalogue.

THE INTANGIBLE HERITAGE AWARD, awarded and funded by the Département du pilotage de la recherche et de la politique scientifique, Ministry of Culture and Communication (€ 2,500)

THE ORIGINAL MUSIC AWARD, funded by the Sacem (€ 1,000), is awarded by Rhys Chatham, an internationally renowned composer to one of the films presented in one of the four competitive sections.
