This year,  Cinéma du réel – International Documentary Film Festival, which will be held in Paris from March 15^th to March 24^th 2019, will feature two competitive sections:

• International Competition (French Premieres, short and feature films)
• French Selection (World Premieres, short and feature films)

Only films produced after January 15^th 2018 will be considered.

Please note our deadlines:

• Films completed between January 15^th and August 31^st 2018: submission and viewing material: October 12^th.
• Films completed after September 1st 2018: submission and viewing material: November 25^th.
• Films still under completion on November 25^th 2018: online submission November 25^th / Viewing material: December 7^th 2018.
