7,000 short people live in France and are ignored by others or confronted to their ironical looks. Only one in ten succeeds in finding a job. Many causes may explain why they remain small, and doctors are, on the whole, unable to find solutions. While they wish to live like everybody else, their right to being different is ignored though at the same time they are reminded of their difference.
