Until recent years, it seemed ill-placed to talk about love concerning a mentally handicapped person. Today, this film explores the love life of fifteen trisomic youngsters. It follows their joys and hardships, hopes and fears and their determination to establish long-lasting relationships – love ties that are seen as a way of growing up.
