Aan de rand van bestaan

In a Shantytown in Davao, On the Isle of Mindanao, Jocelyn and Rosalina dream of the real house they will be able to build, thanks to their work in a tile factory. They hope to have one day a roof built with her own hands, a better education for their children and real jobs for their husbands. Meanwhile, they deal with life’s problems, cooking and having the children looked after, on a day-to-day basis. Even the children have to lend a hand to make ends meet, and their daughters have no choice but to offer their services as maids, or try their luck as ‘dancers’ in Japan
