A small Kabyle town, given over like so many others to its own fate and decrepitude, and abandoned not only by God, but above all by the government authorities. Its youngsters decide to assume responsibility for their lives and call on the inhabitants to improve the pavements, tarmac the roads, plant trees, paint the walls… Live life to the full, in spite of everything.
