Congo, l’incident de Kikwit

Roger Louis has filmed one of the daily raids of the police in the city of Kikwit in Congo Kinshasa. The journalists sent by the “Cinq colonnes à  la une” TV magazine were arrested and held in custody. Only after lengthy negociations could they get hold of their documents and fly back to France. These images question the problem of the journalist as a witness.
