Elections In New Territories

It was the first time in Hong Kong history that the citizens could elect district board members under universal franchise. The elections where held first in the New Territories made up mostly of rural people. The producer followed the campaign of four candidates in one district and how the voters picked their candidate giving a very revealing insight into rural politics in Hong Kong.
