Hankotsu no toride

In a Kumanoto district village on Kyushu Island, the inhabitants build a wooden fortress to prevent the building of a dam that has been decided by the Japanese government. The leader of the resistance is an old man who lives in the fortress. After a few years fight, the government tells the police to destroy the fortress and to arrest the opponents.
