It is through Deep Bay that many Chinese pass in order to get into Hong Kong clandestinely. This film report was shot at sea at night as a boat of refugees was arrested by the Hong Kong police. The refugees know they will be sent back to China ; they talk about their struggle and their disappointed hopes.
