Juillet…

A camping site, the beach, ripening corn, the Tour de France… that’s July. Nothing out of the ordinary, and yet, during a spell of shrimp fishing, words and faces give expression to what is essential – the well-off, the poor, dear God, friendship, work, war, luck, the kids’ future… As the days go by, life’s wrangles slowly creep across the holiday beach.
