Le Garage

Young people from the “White Houses” (an ironical nickname) area try to put up a community centre. They intend to renovate a former bicycle garage in which they will organize activities: music, mechanics courses… But their attempt fails after the police and the local HLM (social housing authority) office expel them and close the garage. These young people have acted their own part in this film, which was their first audiovisual experience.
