Tramps in Paris in 1970: collecting cardboard boxes, searching bins, looking for food begging after Mass… The Salvation Army often is there to offer food, after the preacher’s sermon of course. Unfortunately, round-ups are not scarce:”les bleus” (a special brigade for the homeless) wake them up and drive them to Nanterre in their police cars.
