Panta rei – Segnali di fumo

The old building is to be demolished, and all those that lived there have long deserted the place, except for one old man who remains too attached to where he has lived for over fifty years. He will, nonetheless, be obliged to give way, yet communicates his suffering in a final gesture of despair, pride and freedom.
