Paris is not France. The heads of the “Aménagement du territoire” asked Roger Lennhardt to make a film on the evolution of economic activities’ sectors in France. Without betraying his subject, Leenhardt tries to go beyond and to show the specific character inherent to each of the towns in question which he presents on a light-hearted manner.
