This document is based upon Valérie Winckler’s photographs of a family. The father is in jail at Bois d’Arcy. The son is sent to an approved school, and the mother gives birth to her third child. The photographs and the recordings Valérie Winckler made for a year and a half reflect the family’s three-fold imprisonment.
