Pour vivre, j’ai laissé

In September 2004, some filmmakers met a group of asylum seekers. The latter take over the camera and film their everyday life: from the hostel corridors to the town forbidden to those who are still “nobodies”. Their intuitions, their stories, their lyricism and their sense of humour turn the “workshop” exercise into an expressive and poetic act of filmmaking.
