An invitation to discover the Argentinian filmmaker, Raymundo Gleyzer, who was tortured and murdered under the military dictatorship of 1976. Out of this portrait of an engaged cineast, emerges the entire history of Latin-American militant cinema and the revolutionary struggles of the 60s and 70s. The film is the fruit of patient research carried out in collaboration with Juana Sapire, Raymundo’s widow, to keep alive his work, which was for a long time banned. It is also a tribute to a generous man of great integrity, an artist who opened up new horizons and whose footsteps the new generation of Argentinian filmmakers can claim to follow.
