Three young people from Switzerland, not previously acquainted with Africa, take up their black and white video camera and decide to stay a month with a Senegalese peasant. They wish to avoid the ethnographical approach and try to enter into a dialogue situation with their hosts. They eventually question the white man’s presence in Africa and their close though unwanted relationship to colonial models.
