Une Caste criminelle

Three people in Solapur, India. Very ordinary except that they belong to the caste of criminals, whom the English once imprisoned in huge camps. Their predicament is heightened by their inability to articulate their problems. It is only by seeing them in their daily context that one can begin to understand. This is what the film attemps to do.
