Vigà ta dov’è ?
- 2003

- Italian; Sicilian
A French writer travels around Sicily in search of Vigà ta, an imaginary town that provides the backdrop for the investigations of Superintendent Montalbano, a character from the novels by the Sicilian author, Andrea Camilleri. This challenge is the pretext for encounters and flights of fancy with people who do not know the town and, for those who do, a subject of discussion on Camilleri’s favourite themes of literature, cooking, social criticism, politics, crime… A quest where literature mingles with reality, and space becomes a fictional place.
