Legend has it that Russian director Roman Karmen and his cameraman commandeered all available cars in Tirana for this film. Such was the reverence for experts from the Soviet Union in those days that Karmen was entrusted with completing this first post-WWII Albanian documentary, setting a decade-long exchange between these foreign experts and future Albanian filmmakers.
