The Great Weirton Stee/Al

1982 : The 7.000 employees of Weirton Steel (Western Virginia) are faced with the following alternative : the permanent shut-downs of the steel-works or its repurchase by the staff. The film shows, in retrospect, the misadventures of this 18-month imposed self-management.
