Kanaal

After living for 6 years in Berlin, I made a trip to my homeland in southern Holland in the summer of 1987, searching for the secrets and the charm of “my canal”. These are expressed in the portraits of seven people, filmed in their natural environment, the canal. Formed by their surrounding, each one of them has his/her own specificity. (Peter van den Reek)
