Les âmes errantes

Thirty years after the war, two Vietnamese war veterans have begun searching for the remains of their comrades in order to return them to the families and thus accomplish their final duty to their fellow soldiers who died in combat. However, a great deal of time has passed since then, places have changed, the bodies have been moved, and the families are not always anxious to delve into the past. The two men go from one disappointment to the other, until the day they meet Mrs Tiêp, the widow of their comrade Luu. For the dead to cease haunting the present and life to resume, the spirits must be invoked and grief lived through to the end.
