Von Wegen Schicksal
A family in Berlin: the mother is divorced after being married 20 years, she has four children, two of them living with her, two others with her former husband in the same building. The film tells of her despair, conflicts with children and ex-husband, and her longing for an independent life, at last.
Née à Halle/Saale en 1940. Etudes de peinture à l’école des Beaux-arts de Berlin de 1961 à 1965, assistante sociale de 1968 à 1973, études d’art et de cinéma à l’Académie du Film et de télévision de Berlin de 1973 à 1979.
