How to make a first film in 2021?

Becoming a filmmaker in times of crisis: when systems are destabilised, how can you take your first steps as a young filmmaker? How can you bring your project to life?From making films through to screening them, a whole raft of different initiatives for making and financing your films can be found off the beaten track.
