“Atlantiques” – Award, International Festivals

Mati Diop’s film Atlantiques First Films Competition and Special Mention Prix Louis Marcorelles Cinéma du réel 2010, was programmed at the following film festivals: Les Ecrans Documentaires, Arcueil (France, November 2018), Festival des Nouveaux Cinémas Documentaires (Paris, November 2013), Festival du film de Vendôme (France, December 2013), Migrant’scène, the festival organized by the Cimade (France, November – December 2012), Viennale (Vienna, Austria, October – November 2012) on a special screening dedicated to the director, Onion City Experimental Film Festival (Chicago, United States, June 2011) and as part of the 2010 Spring Collection of Documentaire sur grand écran at the Forum des images (Paris, France, June 2010).

It won the Tiger Award for Short Film 2010 at the International Film Festival Rotterdam (the Netherlands, January 2010).
