Submit a film

The submissions of films for the competitions of the 2020 edition of Cinéma du réel are now open.

Here are the deadlines to follow:

• Films completed between January 15^th and August 1^st 2019: Online submission duly completed and viewing material to be sent September 15^th 2019 at the latest.
• Films completed after August 1^st 2019: Online submission duly completed and viewing material to be sent November 1^st 2019 at the latest.
• Films still under completion on November 1^st 2019: Online submission duly completed on November 1^st and viewing material to be sent December 1^st 2019 at the latest.

Only French premieres will be eligible for submission to the International Competition. International and world premieres will be privileged. French minority co-productions will be included in the International competition.
Films in the French Selection must be world premieres. French majority co-productions will be included in the French Selection.
