A political film, made in the style of the late 60s and the early 70s, studying the role of the mass medias, the police and army in the Finnish society. The film was inspired by the visit to Finland by the Shah of Iran in 1970.

Il obtient en 1967 le diplôme du département cinéma de l’université d’art d’Helsinki et commence à produire ses documentaires en indépendant après avoir assisté Risto Jarva.
Caméraman et monteur sur plus d’une cinquantaine de courts et longs métrages, il a réalisé de nombreux documentaires.
