“Life Is a Suspended Drop” – DVD, French theatrical release and international festivals

Hormuz Kéy’s film “Life is a Suspended Drop“, French selection Cinéma du Réel 2006, will be available on DVD on February 1, 2011.

It was theatrically released by Promendades Films in France in October 2007.

Broadcasted on TSR2 Swiss Television in March 2007, this film won several awards among which: the 1st Prize at the Festival dei Popoli (Florence, Italy, December 1-7, 2006), the 1st Prize at the Escales Documentaires de La Rochelle ( France, November 7-12, 2006), and the Prix du public de la ville de Nyon at Nyon’s Visions du Réel Film Festival (Switzerland).

It was also selected to the Rencontres Internationales du Documentaire de Montréal (Quebec, Canada, November 9-19, 2006), and to Beirut Festival Docudays (Lebanon, November 3-11, 2006).
