“Shadi” – International Festivals

Maryan Khakipour’s film “Shadi”, French Panorama Cinéma du Réel 2009 was screened at Prague Film Festival, Czech Republic, October 2009, at MiradasDoc Festival, Canary Islands, Spain, November 2009, where it received a special mention from the jury.

It was also programmed at the CNT Centre National du Théatre, Paris, France, on Novembre 9th 2009, at Amiens International Film Festival, France, November 2009, at the Escales documentaires de La Rochelle, France, November 2009 where it received the festival award, at Agadir International Documentary Film Festival, Morocco, November 2009 where it received a special mention, at Traces de Vies – Rencontres du film documentaire, Clermont Ferrand, France, November 2009 where it received the Conseil régional d’Auvergne and “Hors-frontières” awards, at the Comptoir du Doc, Rennes, France, on December 6th 2009.

It was screened at Resistance Festival, Foix, France, July 2009 and as part of Le Film dans tous ses états, Le Mans, France, on September 24th 2009.
