Kamar Ahmad Simon’s film “Shunte ki pao”, International Competition and Cinéma du réel 2013 Grand Prix , was programmed at the following film festivals: Festival del film Locarno (Switzerland, August 2016), Jean Rouch Film Festival, Paris (France, November – December 2015), Attac’s Festival Images Mouvementées, Paris and suburbs (France, November 2015), Antenna Documentary Film Festival, Sidney (Australia, October 2013), Festival of Southasian Documentaries, Kathmandu (Nepal, October 2013), Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival, Yamagata (Japan, October 2013), Take One Action Film Festival, Edinburgh and Glasgow (Scotland, September – October 2013), International Golden Boll Film Festival, Adana (Turkey, September 2013), Prishtina International Film Festival, Pristina (Kosovo, September 2013) Festival de Cinéma documentaire de Lasalle en cévennes (France, May 2013) and at DokFest, München (Germany, May 2013).

It was screened in Paris and its suburbs, in the presence of the filmmaker, on:
