“Mauro em Caiena” – Award and international festivals

Leonardo Mouramateus’ film Mauro em Caiena (International Short Film Competition and Short Films Award, Cinéma du réel 2013) was programmed at the Fronteira International Documentary & Experimental Film Festival (Portugal, August – September 2014).

It won the Jameson Award for Best International Short Film at DocLisboa (Portugal, October 24 – November 4 2013).

It was selected at Forum Doc. BH.(Belo Horizonte, Brazil – November – December 2013) and at the Festival DocumentAL, Lyon (France, November 2013).
