Filmed in Beirut, in the Palestinian camps of Sabra, Shatila, Burj al-Barajneh and Ain al-Hulweh, before the israeli intervention. Young and old, men and women talk of their dreams-glimpses of their inner worlds. “In 1981, the Palestinians were still living in the refugee camps, waiting for the return home. I wanted to understand what image two generations of Palestinians had of their country: those who had lived there and remembered their experiences, and those born and brought up in the camps.
