Seeing Red – Stories of American Communists

The lives and recollections of communist Americans from the thirties until now. Centred on several individual stories, including those of Pete Seeger, Dorothy Healey et Bill Bailey and supported by numerous archives, the film particularly depicts the great depression, the witch hunt, reactions to Stalin’s purges in 1956, and the atmosphere of the eighties.
