L’ÎLE

A journey around a very real but unnamed island inhabited by penguins. From the River of Doubt to Mount Sinai, words blend with the landscape. The map becomes a poem, and the island, mysterious. The film switches between a firm anchor in reality and an escape into the imagination, thanks to a map bearing chimerical names.
