As part of the Eichmann trial, in June 1961, the film Nuit et Brouillard was shown to the accused. Leo Hurwitz filmed the scene. Years later, Chris Marker took this document and, re-edited it, to compare the views of three filmmakers: Resnais, Hurwitz, and himself.
