In this film, we are caught up in a fabulous journey to the heart of the Amerindian soul ; in Mouchouanipi which has from time immemorial witnessed the encounter between the Indians of the forest and the Indians from the land without trees. In what starts out as a hunting trip, the film enables the Amerindian members of the expedition to rediscover the land of their ancestors.
