Loin du monde

In the seventies, « Mitaine », like many of his generation, was drawn by the wisdom of the East and lived in a community. Then he met Nathalie, a former actress. Faithful to their past ideals, they built with their own hands an isolated house in the Pyrenees forest, where they live without running water or electricity. Their seven children were born there and have been brought up in harmony with nature. Their education is strongly influenced by the father’s fervent Catholicism, their schooling is ensured by their parents and daily tasks are shared by all.
