HERITAGE AWARD

Mériaux Brothers’ is the Mecca of hardware shops. It is the hallowed ground of ironmongery, at least to me who can still remember it as I saw it for the first time when I, an aspiring handyman, threw my savings behind the cash register mysteriously partitioned off from the rest of the shop by a piece of plexiglass worn out by time. I made this film to share this fragment of my inner heritage with the audience. (Christian Delœil)
