Sigui 1969 – La Caverne de Bongo

The third year of the Sigui ceremonies, celebrated every sixty years by the Dogons of the Bandiagara cliffs, Mali, takes place in the village of Bongo. Around Anai Dolo, who is to experience his third Sigui, men have retired in the cave, they shave and share salt and sesame.
