Fali Bilimoria
1967 India 21 minutes undetermined

A glimpse of village India, Bihar eastern India. The film is a portrait of Ananda, a Bihari farmer. His daily life, his aspirations, his children. The images sketch the changes brought about by modernisation. Ananda’s peaceful, country life is not that of his children who have gone beyond the limits of traditional life in village India, and found a different mode of life and reason to live.
