A film in four parts in which 300 members of the Borroloola Aboriginal community reconstruct their history and discuss their lives which are in constant negotiation between European and Aboriginal law. The film cuts across distinctions between story-telling, reportage, drama, fiction and fact creating images of the life and experience of a whole society.
