SHORT FILM AWARD

It is summer and holiday time. The weather is hot. The eldest boy asks his grandfather when they will be going fishing: “Later”. The children are left to themselves, free to discover the courtyard and the barn, or daydream on the steps. One struggles to don with a recalcitrant tee-shirt, another comes face to face with a threatening fan. Sometimes, animals are curiously interesting, but they can also become dangerous creatures. On the other side of the fence, the holidaymakers and strollers pass by. The eldest boy gets his fishing rod ready. Night has fallen. The next morning, grandfather and grandson are side by side on the lake shore, deep in silence.
