Claudia von Alemann’s tribute to her friend and famous photographer, Abisag Tüllmann (1935-1996). A biography, a document on an exceptional friendship and the portrait of an age in which over 500 black and white photographs depict her life and work as well as the temporal context of the 1960s through to the 1990s; the film also includes archive material, excerpts from films by Carola Benninghoven, Helke Sander, Alexander Kluge, Günther Hörmann and Ulrich Schamoni, letters and memories, like those of the photographer Barbara Klemm.
